The Beginning
The wedding was magical—flowers, laughter, and promises whispered under the sky. "Forever," we said, holding hands tightly, believing that love alone would carry us through.
The Reality Check
Bills piled up, late-night arguments replaced sweet nothings, and silence filled the spaces where laughter used to be. "I thought love was enough," I whispered one night. "Love is work too," you replied, pulling me close.
The Storm
There were days when walking away seemed easier, when "I’m sorry" felt too heavy to say. But somehow, between the fights and the tears, we chose to stay. "We’re not perfect," you said, "but we’re worth it."
The Journey Continues
Years later, our hands are wrinkled, but they’re still holding on. The love that once burned bright like fire now glows steady like warm candlelight. "Would you still choose me?" I ask. You smile. "Every single day."
